The location of Luxury House was absolutely perfect for my stay in Stamford. Being within walking distance to Burghley House and the center of town was incredibly convenient. The house itself was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. I felt right at home with all the amenities provided, it truly felt like my own home away from home. The host also went above and beyond by providing valuable information about the local area, which made exploring so much easier. I also loved the nice courtyard at the rear of the house, a perfect spot to relax. And let's not forget the clever addition of a TV in the bathroom, a unique touch.
The second bedroom in the house was on the smaller side and the double bed was a bit challenging to navigate as one side was up against the wall. However, for a couple of nights' stay, it was still comfortable enough.

Great location for exploring the town and visiting Burghley House. the house was very clean and well-equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen and lovely bed linen. Having off-road parking was a huge advantage, and the courtyard at the rear was a lovely space to relax in.
The second bedroom was smaller than expected, with a double bed that was a tight fit against the wall. the parking situation could be a bit tricky due to neighbors partially blocking the driveway.

I absolutely loved the charming decor of Luxury House in Stamford. The hotel had such a warm and inviting atmosphere, with tasteful furnishings and beautiful artwork throughout. It truly felt like a home away from home for senior people like myself. The general areas were well-maintained and spacious, making it easy for me to navigate with my mobility needs. I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility features, such as ramps and handrails, which made my stay comfortable and hassle-free.
I would have preferred if there were more activities or amenities specifically designed for senior people. Though the staff at Luxury House were friendly and helpful, I feel that having additional services or arrangements tailored to our needs would have made for an even better vacation.

Oh, and let's not forget the "featured" towels in the holiday home. I guess they were trying to channel some vintage vibes?

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with beautiful floral wallpapers and elegant furniture. It felt like stepping into a grand old house from a different era. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, and everything was easily accessible for senior people like myself. The hallways were wide and well-lit, and there were handrails in the staircases to help with stability. It was a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a more noticeable presence of the staff. Sometimes it was difficult to find someone to assist with any questions or concerns.
